1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name], [registered address] ("Coino Live", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them and our privacy policy. If you use the service for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

Coino Live lets merchants accept cryptocurrency through payment pages, invoices, payment forms, donation campaigns, point-of-sale terminals, custody accounts, an API and plugins. Received coins are kept for you as a balance per coin, which you can withdraw to your own wallet.

We are not a bank or an exchange: we do not convert crypto to money, do not pay interest and do not give investment advice. We are not a party to the sale between a merchant and its customer.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password, two-factor codes and API keys secret: actions taken with them count as yours. We may ask for information about you or your business when the law or the safety of the service requires it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Coino Live for anything illegal where you or your customers are, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or selling illegal goods or services. 5. Payments

A payment is credited after the blockchain has confirmed it. The amount in coins is fixed when the customer chooses a coin, at the rate shown then. If a customer sends less, the checkout asks for the rest; anything received, including more than requested or after expiry, is credited to you.

Coins sent on the wrong network, or tokens we do not support, may not be credited and may not be recoverable. Refunds to customers are the merchant's responsibility.

6. Fees

We charge a platform fee of 1% of each credited payment (or the rate shown for your gateway in the dashboard). For each gateway you choose who pays the network fee: you or your customer. Withdrawals carry the network fee, shown before you confirm. We will tell you at least [30] days before fees go up.

7. Balances and withdrawals

We hold the coins in wallets we control, and your balance is recorded in our ledger. Withdrawals go to the address you enter; blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so check the address and network. Withdrawals have minimums and limits, and some are reviewed before they are sent, which can delay them. Custody users' balances belong to the gateway that created them; the merchant is responsible for its own users.

8. Affiliate program

When someone signs up through your invitation link, you receive a share of our platform fee on their payments for a limited period, in the coin they were paid in, as shown on your Affiliate page. Self-referrals and abuse are not paid.

9. Suspension and closing

We may suspend a gateway or account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or when the law requires it, and will tell you why unless the law forbids it. You can close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance.

10. Risks and liability

Cryptocurrency prices change quickly, and blockchains can be slow, congested or change their rules. The service is provided as it is; we work to keep it available and secure but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for events outside our control, such as blockchain or provider outages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the [3] months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
