HELP & ANSWERS

A clear answer.
A useful next step.

Search by topic or question to find your way through payments and the workspace.

Which payment service should I choose?

Use a website gateway for an integrated checkout, an invoice for itemized billing, a payment form for customer details, or a POS terminal for counter sales.

Do I need a website for a personal gateway?

The Personal gateway type does not require a website URL. It fits direct payment-link workflows.

Where can I manage a merchant?

Create and review Website or Personal gateways in the Merchants section of the workspace.

How do I choose a currency and network?

Choose a currency in the searchable modal, then choose one of its available networks. The sending wallet must use the same asset and network as the payment instructions.

Does a checkout redirect prove payment completed?

No. The merchant should verify the authoritative payment status from the server before completing an order.

What should I do if a payment expires?

Open a fresh checkout. If funds were already sent, contact support with the order reference before sending again.

Where can I find supported currencies?

The currency directory shows the catalog and network associations. The payment API determines which are available for a specific live checkout.

How is an invoice total calculated?

The total is the sum of item quantity multiplied by unit price. An invoice page shows the breakdown before checkout.

Can I share an invoice link?

Saved invoices have an Open page action and a copyable link to their standalone page.

Does a submitted form mean it has been paid?

No. A customer submission and a confirmed payment are separate states.

Can supporters choose a donation amount?

They can use a suggested amount or enter their own amount within the campaign minimum and maximum.

Does each POS terminal have a link?

A terminal has a title and unique slug. Open or copy its standalone page from the terminal list.

When does campaign progress update?

Progress should reflect confirmed contributions, rather than newly created payment requests.

Can I create a Custody user manually?

No. Your application creates users and payments through the API. The dashboard is for listing and inspection.

Does a pending payment increase the available balance?

No. Awaiting and confirming payments stay separate from confirmed, credited balances.

How do I inspect one user’s payments?

Open their account from the Custody user list to view balances and linked transaction history.

How can I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A live recovery flow requires a valid reset link and backend verification.

Where should I store an API key?

Keep it on your server, outside browser JavaScript and public URLs.

Where are integration instructions?

The API guide describes order creation, checkout and verification. The separate Custody guide explains the account workflow.
