Explain what the invoice is for

Use a recognizable title and a customer record that makes the request easy to match. Add the issue date and clear line-item descriptions. The purpose of the invoice page is to let the payer understand the request before opening checkout, rather than showing an unexplained amount.

Check quantities and prices

Each line total comes from quantity multiplied by unit price. The invoice total sums those amounts. Review the units and descriptions together; a mathematically correct total can still confuse the customer if the item title is vague. Use positive quantities and a consistent currency throughout the breakdown.

Share the dedicated page

A saved invoice has its own page link. The customer can read the line items and total there before choosing a cryptocurrency and network in checkout. Keep that page separate from the merchant editor, so the payer can focus on the request rather than administrative controls.

Track confirmation independently

Creating a draft or sharing an invoice does not mean it has been paid. Match the payment to the invoice reference and review its authoritative status. The standalone invoice in this redesign is a sample flow; its preview action does not receive funds or change the merchant’s balance.
